"Logement totalement conforme à la description, confortable et très bien équipé (four, four micro-onde, grille pain, machineS à café, casseroles et poêles, sèche cheveux, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, ...) et climatisé.Il est situé à 10mn à pied (vitesse de marche "sandales", pas "baskets"), des restaurants, des commerces et de la plage, avec possibilité de rentrer la voiture sur le terrain (clos, arboré, engazonné et disposant d'un arrosage automatique ... qui vous rafraîchit à minuit pile... si vous aimez "trainer" un peu le soir ;-)) ) et une douche extérieure bien pratique pour se rincer et se rafraîchir en rentrant de la plage ou de visites.La rue est calme, relativement peu passante et il n'y a quasiment pas de vis à vis avec le voisinage, excepté la rue (au niveau des accès) malgré la présence d'arbres et d'une clôture haie.Diverses animations animent la piazza COLOMBO durant la semaine (soirées dansantes, Mexicaine, artisans locaux et petit marché).Pour les plongeurs, Villasimius est à 30mn de voiture, on y trouve, outre les centres de plongée, des supermarchés, un marché et nombre de boutiques diverses et variées. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la climatisation, très bien gérés par Karin, que je remercie encore de son intervention constante et efficace (la climatisation a été totalement remplacée 5 jours après notre arrivée) et un ventilateur, permettant de mieux diffuser l'air frais dans la grande chambre a même été ajouté.Je recommande."

"Wundervolle Unterkunft, man hat ein ganzes Haus mit Grundstück in gemütlicher Lage für sich, samt Außendusche und Waschmaschine und genug Platz für alles. Das Grundstück ist grün bewachsen und schön gepflegt.Netter Empfang und jederzeit gut erreichbare Gastgeber.Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, sogar lange im Schatten über den Tag hinweg.Wenn man irgendwann noch WLAN in der Straße bekommt wäre dies sicher sinnvoll, das Mobilfunknetz hat schlechten Empfang dort vor Ort,reicht aber zum Telefonieren und WhatsApp.Das ändert aber nichts an der super Erfahrung, wir würden immer wiederkommen :-)Preis-Leistung stimmt voll und ganz."

"William war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. Der private Garten mit der Aussendusche war der Hit. Ein Blumenstrauß stand bei unserer Anreise auf dem Tisch. Die Innendusche für sardische Verhältnisse riesig. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. William wir haben uns in Deinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auch wieder mieten wollen."
